Rather than raising pour prices for this service, a minimum 20% resale charge will be assessed on items returned in ABSOLUTE NEW CONDITION* within 3 days. Balance will be put toward another purchase. Furniture manufacturer’s warranties are usually limited, and DO NOT (unless explicitly stated in writing) cover shipping or freight charges back to the factory, handling, labor, and other NON-PART charges… all of which can be costly repairs after a purchase. This is why Kutter’s offers our ONE+PLUS PROTECTION PLAN within a 25-mile service area**.


With Kutter’s Limited One+Plus Protection Plan, the original purchaser, for a period of one year*, never pays more than $65 regardless if it’s for a $100 or a $150 repair. The purchaser pays NO parts* or labor* charges for one year from the date of the sale. Just a $65 travel fee for each IN-HOME TRADE AREA* visit, limited to a 25-mile radius.

Kutter’s services what Kutter’s sells. The ONE+PLUS PROTECTION PLAN* covers the replacement and/or repair of UPHOLSTERED PRODUCT PARTS for a period of one year from the date of sale, limited to steel construction, wood framing, buttons, stitching of seams and foam cushions.

The ONE+PLUS Protection Plan covers replacement andor repair of WOOD PRODUCT PARTS for a period of one year from the date of sale, limited to season splitting, improper glue or down joints and warpage.*

*Limited warrany on parts and labor for one full year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser on a valid Kutter’s sales receipt excluding commercial use, abuse, normal softening of foam cushions ,or exposure to extreme climate conditions.

  1. We reserve the right, at our option, to determine the repair or the replacement parts.
  2. Repair visits in the purchaser’s home are limited to trade area boundaries posted in our store. All other repairs are made at Kutter’s Service Center located at our store.
  3. Kutter’s makes no other expressed warranty, any other warranty is that of the manufacturer.
  4. If service is required and is not covered as described in the limited protection plan, Kutter’s Service Department will, at its option, give estimates of the repair.
